The Interessengemeinschaft Scrimber (IG Scrimber) gathers and disseminates information and initiates inter-company research and development projects. Those interested in joining the association and investors can attend the IG's general meeting on 02.03.2023, and will be informed of investment opportunities.
The next General Meeting of the Interessensgemeinschaft Scrimber (IG Scrimber) online will be held on 02.03.2023 from 17:00 - 18:30. All members and interested parties are cordially invited to attend.
During the meeting, IG Scrimber's vision and goals will be explained in detail, and a report on its activities in 2022 will be presented. You will also meet the new members of the Board of Directors.

Green investments in Scrimber CSC Holding AG
Scrimber CSC Holding AG is focusing on climate change in the construction industry and is banking on the long-term storage of CO2 in timber construction. In order to finance the development of the new, innovative Scrimber CSC method, we are planning a capital increase for Scrimber CSC Holding AG in March 2023. The company was founded in August 2022 with its registered office in Thun and is fully paid up to the tune of CHF 100,000. The capital increase will enable an additional 1,000 shares to be issued at a par value of CHF 100 and with a premium factor of 20, corresponding to a price per share of CHF 2,000.
